Working Principles: Four sections for drying fruit and vegetable: warming-up section, constant speed drying section, speed droop drying section and cooling section. Warming-up section: during this section, material absord the heat, and the temperature increases at a not too high degree to avoid the damage of material skin and stopping the water coming out from inside of material. Constant speed drying section: during this section, not plenty of water in material surface for gasification, nd the heat transfers to inner part to move out water there. The temperature decreases at suitable degree to avoid surface hardening and wrinkle. Cooling section: decrease temperature slowly to avoid surface wrinkle and flavor damage.
